| A couple of weeks before you arrive, you will be contacted by our representative who speaks English. You will be met by him or her at the holiday home for key handling upon your arrival. Your security deposit must be given to this person, who will also handle it back to you upon your departure after checking the holiday home. You can refer to him or her for anything you need to know and for troubleshooting during your stay. We pay for this: it never implies an extra charge for you. |

This can also be done by the person who welcomes you, as an extra service you pay directly to him or her.
