| 5. A few house rules apply: they are posted in any house or flat. General rules are: A) no parties inside these properties B) no smoking inside these properties - all have external spaces where you can do that without limitations C) before departure, you are kindly requested to leave the kitchen in order and dispose of garbage. |
| 4. Any variation in the total number of guests staying overnight must be immediately communicated to us and generally implies a variation in rates. Guests visiting you during the day must leave the property no later than midnight. |
| 3. Security deposit is an amount of money that must be given cash upon arrival. This deposit varies between 100 euro and 500 euro, depending on which holiday home you stay at and for how long. This deposit covers any small damage or any missing item and it is refunded to you cash upon your departure, after checking the house. In case of damaged or missing objects, security deposit is refunded via bank transfer or Paypal after repairing or replacement, deducted of all costs met for repairing or replacement. |
| 2. You can always cancel your reservation until the day before your arrival date, via e-mail / over the phone. Your down payment is refunded immediately only if your cancellation is made until 30 or 60 days prior to your arrival date, depending on the selected accommodation: after this deadline, down payment is refunded only if and when another booking arrives for those same dates. Your balance payment is always refunded to you immediately, if you have already paid that. In case the owners have to cancel your reservation, you are refunded immediately and double the amount of your down payment. |
| 1. Your reservation is confirmed as soon as we receive a down payment, which is generally 25/33% of rent. This can be sent via bank transfer or via Paypal (your credit card number will not be communicated directly to us).The remaining sum can be paid as a balance payment up to 15 days prior to arrival, or can be paid cash upon arrival if you prefer. Sorry for not accepting cheques. |
