| Type of Accommodation This flat is a self-catering vacation rental by owner: we do not provide breakfast or meals. Rates are always for the entire house: you do not share this house with others. No daily room cleaning service is provided. |
| Down Payment This is required to confirm your reservation, via bank transfer or Postal Money Order. It generally is about 25-30% of rent |
| Balance Payment This is required via bank transfer up to 15 days prior to arrival, or can be paid cash upon arrival if you prefer (NO cheques) |
| BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION |
| Security Deposit A 300 euro security deposit is required cash upon arrival. This covers any damage or any missing item and it is refunded upon departure. In case of damaged or missing objects, security deposit is refunded via bank transfer after repairing or replacement, deducted of all costs met for repairing or replacement |
| Minimum Stay is one week in July, August and in New Year's Eve week. Shorter stays are possible in any other period, starting from four days (three nights)- any arrival and departure time |
| Payment Methods Bank transfer is always the preferred payment method. Postal Money Order is also possible, as an alternative. Payments with credit card are only possible via Paypal and require a 4% transaction fee. Cheques are NOT accepted |

| House Rules No smoking inside this house: this is only allowed in the courtyard and on the roof terrace. No parties inside this house. Before departure, you are kindly requested to leave the kitchen in order and dispose of garbage |
