| In case of Cancellation Balance is always refunded, if already paid. Down payment is refunded only if cancellation is made until 30 days prior to arrival: after this deadline, down payment is refunded only if another booking arrives for those same dates |
| Type of Accommodation This house is a self-catering vacation rental by owner: we do not provide breakfast or meals. Rates are always for the entire house: you do not share this house with others. No daily room cleaning service is provided |
| Down Payment 25-33% of rent is required to confirm your reservation,via bank transfer or Postal Money Order |
| Balance Payment The rest of rent is required via bank transfer 15 days prior to the arrival date, or can be paid cash upon arrival. Cheques are not accepted |
| BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION |
| Security Deposit A 150 euro security deposit is required cash upon arrival, covering any damaged or missing item. This is normally refunded cash upon departure. In case of damaged or missing objects, this is refunded via bank transfer after repairing or replacement, deducted of all costs met for repairing or replacement |
| Minimum Stay is one week in July, August and in New Year's Eve week. Shorter stays are possible in any other period, starting from 3 days (2 nights)- any arrival and departure time |
| Payment Methods Bank transfer is always the preferred payment method. Postal Money Order is also possible, as an alternative. Payments with credit card are only possible via Paypal and require a 4% transaction fee. Cheques are NOT accepted |

| House Rules No smoking inside this house: this is only allowed on the balconies. No parties inside this house. Before departure, guests are kindly requested to leave the kitchen in order and dispose of garbage |
